About the Role

As an Apprentice Chef, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, learning the art of culinary excellence while delivering memorable dining experiences. You’ll be responsible for supporting our kitchen operations, showcasing your creativity, and embracing our core values of Passion, Accountability, Integrity, and Respect.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate actively in on-the-job training and skill certification programs.
• Support the team with food preparation and service across various shifts.
• Attend apprenticeship training sessions as directed by the Executive Chef and training provider.
• Take ownership of your learning and development, ensuring continuous growth.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of designated areas and equipment.
• Share cost-saving and efficiency ideas during briefings and meetings.
• Demonstrate flexibility and creativity in fulfilling guest requests, offering alternatives as needed.
• Contribute to innovative food presentations and menu development.
