What You’ll Do

• Greet, farewell, and assist guests with luggage and special requests
• Provide personalised service and local knowledge to enhance the guest experience
• Support arrivals, departures, events, and groups with efficiency and care
• Deliver messages, mail, and amenities promptly and accurately
• Maintain a high level of property presentation, security, and safety awareness
• Work collaboratively across departments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Uphold Pro-invest Hotels’ service standards while bringing creativity and passion to every interaction

• Warm, approachable, and passionate about hospitality
• Energetic with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Organised with an eye for detail and a good memory for names and faces
• A positive attitude with a sense of humour – you wear your smile with pride
• Knowledge of Melbourne’s best dining, attractions, and events (or willingness to learn!)
