Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will ensure an outstanding guest experience while demonstrating professional leadership and fostering a positive team environment. You will work closely with colleagues to embody our core values of Passion, Accountability, Integrity, and Respect.

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Meet service delivery standards and proficiently use Opera, MICROS, and other relevant software.
  • Support team members during high-activity periods to ensure a consistent guest experience.
  • Report maintenance issues, follow security protocols, and operate equipment as per guidelines.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and actively participate in performance appraisals.
  • Assist with upselling initiatives and encourage guests to upgrade their accommodations.

Guest Experience:

  • Exceed guest expectations and set the standard for exceptional service.
  • Resolve guest issues quickly and escalate as needed, staying informed about competitors.

Key Competencies:

  • Excellent communication, analytical, planning, teamwork, and resilience skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and demonstrate empathy toward colleagues and guests.

Training and Development:

  • Support the development of team members through training and multi-skilling.
  • Contribute to departmental recognition programs and overall team growth.

Workplace Health & Safety:

  • Adhere to safety guidelines and promote environmental practices in the workplace.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in hospitality management with leadership skills.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
