Your Role:

As our Assistant Hotel Manager, you’ll be right in the action, helping drive hotel success and delivering top-tier service. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Operational Excellence: Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations, from staffing to performance goals. Be the go-to for ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest service.
• Financial Savvy: Keep a close eye on budgets, labor costs, and profit/loss strategies to ensure we hit our financial targets. Use your sharp financial skills to ensure resources are allocated wisely.
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and inspire our fantastic team. You'll be instrumental in their professional development and performance, creating an environment where everyone thrives.
• Guest Service Mastery: Drive guest satisfaction by ensuring service standards are top-notch. When issues arise, you'll tackle them head-on with a proactive, guest-first mindset.
• Safety & Compliance: Champion hotel safety, security, and compliance with all relevant regulations. Your attention to detail will ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.

What We’re Looking For:

• Leadership Experience: You’ve been in the hotel or hospitality industry and have at least 2 years of experience in management or supervision.
• Passion for People: You love leading a team and making meaningful connections with guests and staff.
• Financial Acumen: You’ve got an eye for the details, from managing budgets to controlling costs.
• Problem Solver: When challenges arise, you stay calm under pressure and find solutions quickly.
