Your Role: We are seeking enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendants who are smart, considerate, and passionate about delivering unique dining experiences. In this rostered position, you’ll work across mornings, evenings, and weekends to create memorable moments for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with service across all outlets, from breakfast to evening drinks at Bar Albert.
• Recognizing and engaging with our regular guests, understanding their preferences.
• Taking and delivering orders while ensuring consistency and accuracy in collaboration with our kitchen team.
• Preparing delicious hot beverages and serving alcohol in line with regulations.
• Setting up and presenting our food and beverage offerings with flair.
• Most importantly, having fun while providing unique and personalized service.

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in Food and Beverage; barista experience is a plus.
• A keen eye for detail to maintain high standards and consistency.
• A professional and personable demeanor with a "can-do" attitude.
• The ability to remain calm and collected, even during busy times.
• Must meet the legal requirements to work in New Zealand.
