As a Bartender, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience, delivering exceptional service, mixing quality beverages, and helping to create a stylish and welcoming atmosphere. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a collaborative team, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with flair and precision
• Deliver warm, personalised service to our guests, including VIPs and loyalty members
• Maintain a clean, well-organised bar and follow all food safety, RSA, and hygiene protocols
• Upsell and promote food & beverage items to enhance guest experience and drive revenue
• Accurately handle cash and follow company procedures for stock and inventory control
• Contribute to a team environment through positive communication and cooperation with colleagues
• Report guest feedback and service challenges promptly for resolution
• Actively participate in training, daily briefings, and continuous improvement of service standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a similar hospitality or bar role
• Solid knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations
• A passion for providing outstanding service
• Great attention to detail, presentation, and cleanliness
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Valid RSA certification (essential)
