Imagine working in our chic, Manhattan-loft-inspired Club Lounge, where guests savor breakfast delights, indulge in all-day loose-leaf tea and espresso, and unwind with evening drinks and delectable bites. This is where memorable moments are crafted!

Your Role: As our Club Lounge Agent, you’ll be the heart and soul of our Front Office team. You’ll create an unforgettable experience for our club members, showcasing our exquisite offerings and ensuring that every guest leaves with stories to tell.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome with Warmth: Greet guests like old friends, making each arrival feel special.
• Seamless Experiences: Provide a smooth check-in and check-out that sets the tone for an exceptional stay.
• Culinary Storyteller: Describe our dishes with the same passion they’re crafted with—turning every meal into a tale worth sharing.
• Upsell with Flair: Suggest room upgrades and F&B options that enhance their experience and delight their senses.
• Knowledge is Key: Continuously expand your understanding of our beverages and dishes, becoming a trusted source for guests.
• Anticipate Needs: Think ahead to special occasions and dietary requirements, ensuring every detail is covered.
• Communicate Effectively: Keep the lines open with your team to resolve any guest concerns swiftly.
• Uphold Standards: Maintain top-notch hygiene and food safety practices, always.

Who You Are:

• An experienced Guest Service Agent or seasoned in upscale dining/hotel environments.
• A master communicator with an eye for detail and a knack for making connections.
• A multi-tasking whiz who thrives under pressure and knows how to problem-solve.
• Flexible and ready to shine in both AM and PM shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiar with hotel property management systems and hold a valid RSA certificate.
