Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food to hotel standards.

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to all food safety guidelines.

• Assist with stock control, reduce wastage, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Provide outstanding support to the team and ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.

• Work closely with the Head Chef and team to create memorable dishes for guests, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.

• Participate in training and development activities to stay ahead in your culinary skills.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a hotel or restaurant.

• A passion for food and delivering a great guest experience.

• Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations (RSA, HACCP).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster.
