Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a culinary role, appropriate to the level of the position (junior chefs to executive chefs)
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for food excellence
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
• Leadership skills (for senior positions) with experience in managing and mentoring kitchen staff
