Your Role:

• Dive into daily operations, rolling up your sleeves and working side by side with your team to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance and quality standards are not just met but exceeded, creating a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and positivity, where every member feels valued and motivated.

About You:

• You have proven experience in a similar role, with a knack for creating outstanding customer experiences.
• Your leadership skills shine as you motivate and guide teams to achieve great results.
• Communication is your forte, and you excel in both spoken and written interactions.
• You’re professional, personable, and always approach challenges with a “can-do” attitude.
• Under pressure, you remain calm and make sound decisions with confidence.
• Flexibility is key; you’re willing to work at various locations as needed.
• You hold or are ready to obtain a First Aid certificate and a state-required RSA Certificate.
