Role Overview: As our Event Coordinator, you will be the maestro of memorable events, orchestrating everything from handovers and post-event tasks to maximizing department revenue. Reporting to the Director of Meetings & Events, you’ll work to elevate our event offerings, drive new improvements, and exceed guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Management: Oversee events from Sales handover to Banquets and manage post-event requirements.
• Revenue & Profitability: Partner with the Meeting & Events Director to achieve revenue goals and drive profitability.
• KPI Achievement: Focus on meeting all agreed KPIs and staying within budget expectations.
• Communication: Liaise with all levels to ensure a seamless event experience and represent our chic lifestyle brand.
