About the Role:

At Holiday Inn Express® Newcastle, we’re on a mission to make travel simple and smart. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Part-Time Express Agent to be the heartbeat of our hotel, ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Be Ready: Anticipate guest needs and deliver a smooth, hassle-free experience. Stay one step ahead to ensure everything runs effortlessly.
• Be Engaging: Connect with guests on a personal level, providing attentive and genuine service that makes every interaction special.
• Be On It!: Quickly address any issues and resolve them with efficiency. Seize every opportunity to enhance the guest experience and make their stay memorable.

• Experienced: Familiar with front office operations and PMS systems is a plus.
• Qualified: Willing to obtain RSA and First Aid certificates.
