Country Comfort Perth, part of the Pro-Invest Hotels Group, is currently seeking a passionate and energetic Food & Beverage Attendant (Bartender) to join our team! If you’re enthusiastic about providing excellent service, enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, and have a knack for mixology, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and serve guests with a warm and friendly attitude

• Prepare and serve beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks

• Operate the POS system for order taking and cash handling

• Assist with setting up and packing down the bar and event areas

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar and service areas

• Follow Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines at all times

• Work collaboratively with the wider F&B team to deliver a seamless guest experience

• Support event operations and occasionally assist with dining room service, food running, or in-room dining

• Report any maintenance issues or guest concerns to the supervisor promptly

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a bar or food & beverage setting

• A valid RSA certificate

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Positive, team-focused attitude

• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including nights and weekends

• A strong eye for detail and a passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere
