Country Comfort Perth is currently seeking a passionate and energetic Food & Beverage Attendant (Bartender) to join our team! If you’re enthusiastic about providing excellent service, enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, and have a knack for mixology, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and serve guests with a warm and friendly attitude
Prepare and serve beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks
Operate the POS system for order taking and cash handling
Assist with setting up and packing down the bar and event areas
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar and service areas
Follow Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines at all times
Work collaboratively with the wider F&B team to deliver a seamless guest experience
Support event operations and occasionally assist with dining room service, food running, or in-room dining
Report any maintenance issues or guest concerns to the supervisor promptly
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a bar or food & beverage setting
A valid RSA certificate
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive, team-focused attitude
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including nights and weekends
A strong eye for detail and a passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere

About the role
We are currently hiring a F&B Attendant (Bartender) on a part-time basis. Role is offered at a minimum of three shifts a week (16hrs) but can be negotiated up to 5 shifts (27hrs).
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, who loves high volume/pressure situations, takes satisfaction in providing exceptional customer service, has the flair for cocktails and an art for all things beverage-wise, whether it be wines, beers or everything in between. This role is offered as a senior staff position and comes with additional responsibilities and staff training, if required.
