About the role
We are currently hiring F&B Attendant on casual and part-times for the right candidate.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, who love high volume/pressure situations, takes satisfaction in providing exceptional customer service and above all can grow and adapt with the business. Hours available are between 15-30 hours per week, mainly nights and weekends. 

Responsibilities include:

• Various shifts including breakfast and dinner coverage. No late nights, shifts normally finish about 9.30/10pm.
• Provide exceptional service and dining experiences for both inhouse guests and external patrons.
• Provide room services orders to guest's rooms in a fast and friendly manner.
• Provide input on greater Food and Beverage strategies and become part of an inclusive team!
• Ensure the restaurant and bar is well presented at all times.
• Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation
• Promote a safe workplace by recognizing hazards and promoting general WHS practices.
• Provide assistance with stock management.

Skills and experience:

• Minimum of 2 years Restaurant or Hospitality experience required.
• Prior Shiji Infrasys or similar POS knowledge will be highly regarded.
• RSA certificate required, Approved Manager certification highly desired!
• AHA Hospitality Hygiene for Food Handlers or similar required.
• Ability to work a flexible roster.
• Desire to provide exceptional service and work cohesively within a great team. 
• You love the rush of the restaurant when it gets busy so you can put your incredible hospitality skills to the test.
• You know how to make the perfect coffee
• Australian work entitlements.
