Join Our Team at voco Auckland!

We’re looking for friendly and enthusiastic people to join us in two key front office roles: Guest Service Agent and Porter. If you love helping people and want to be part of a great team, we want to hear from you!

1. Guest Service Agent 

As a Guest Service Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, helping with check-ins, check-outs, and any special requests.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out.
  • Answer guest questions and help with requests (like booking tours or transportation).
  • Work with other departments to make sure guests have a great stay.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Great communication skills and a friendly attitude.
  • Previous experience is a plus but not required.
  • Willing to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

2. Porter 

As a Porter, you’ll assist guests with their luggage and make sure they feel welcome from the moment they arrive.

What You'll Do:

  • Help guests with their luggage when they arrive and depart.
  • Show guests to their rooms and share information about hotel services.
  • Help with parking and any special requests guests might have.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel environment is preferred.
  • Passion for hospitality and genuine enthusiasm for connecting with guests.
  • High energy level and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent multitasking and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to new situations.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and a valid New Zealand full driver's license.
  • Eagerness to develop a career in the hospitality industry.
  • Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
