The Role:

We’re seeking a Front Office Supervisor to oversee daily front desk and guest services operations at Kimpton Sydney. You’ll manage a team, ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes, resolve guest issues, and maintain high service standards, all while promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise front office operations and staff during your shift.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and VIP arrivals.
• Oversee cashiering activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide on-the-job training and regular feedback to team members.
• Maintain strong communication with other hotel departments.

• Supervisory experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team.
• Relevant qualifications (Hotel Management Diploma, First Aid Certificate, RSA).
