What You'll Do: As a Guest Service Agent, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering an unforgettable guest experience. Whether part-time, full-time, or casual, you'll join a dynamic Front Office team dedicated to hospitality excellence:

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in/out processes.
• Provide personalized service and local recommendations.
• Handle guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Embrace challenges with a proactive and adaptable approach.

What You Bring:

• Passion for hospitality and creating meaningful guest connections.
• Previous experience in front office, reception, or reservations preferred.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems.
• Has experience using Opera.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Front Desk experience
