About the Role
As Head Bartender, you’ll be a welcoming host, leading a team to deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences. You’ll bring knowledge of all beverage selections, sharing vivid descriptions of each item’s origin, taste, and preparation. In this high-energy, high-volume environment, you’ll support the Bar Manager in daily operations and be instrumental in training and developing your team.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• A vibrant, social, and friendly personality
• Confidence in managing multiple guests and tasks with ease
• Legal right to work in New Zealand
