Country Comfort Perth offers 150 modern guest rooms with top-notch amenities, including complimentary on-site parking, a refreshing swimming pool, and convenient airport shuttles (upon request from Perth Domestic and International Airports, T1-T4). Our goal is to provide every guest with a comfortable and memorable stay, and we need your help to make that happen.

Your Role:

As a Housekeeper / Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation in our guest rooms. Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, you will ensure that each room meets our impeccable standards, contributing to an experience that exceeds our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Room Cleaning: Meticulously clean guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, floors, and corridors, to our high standards.
• Linen & Amenities: Refill, replace, and store towels and linen correctly; ensure amenities are replenished.
• Deep Cleaning: Vacuum, dust, and perform deep cleaning tasks; change bed linen and ensure all areas are refreshed.
• Timely Service: Complete cleaning tasks within the allocated timeframe.
• Maintenance Reporting: Report any maintenance needs and lost property following hotel procedures.
• Equipment Care: Maintain, use, and store cleaning equipment correctly; use chemicals safely according to WH&S policies.
• Public Areas: Assist with cleaning public areas as needed.

Position Requirements:

• Availability: Able to work a minimum of 3 weekdays, including public holidays and weekends, from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
• Work Ethic: Strong work ethic with the ability to work hard and efficiently.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards.
• Time Management: Ability to work within time constraints while upholding quality.
