About the Role:

This Part-time position is perfect for night owls ready to start immediately! You’ll work from 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM or 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including weekends and public holidays, ensuring our guests feel at home even when the sun goes down.

Your Nightly Duties:

• Customer Service Champion: Delight our guests with exceptional service and a friendly smile.
• Shuttle Superstar: Manage airport transfers and assist with smooth check-in and check-out processes.
• Financial Whiz: Reconcile daily hotel takings with attention to detail.
• Luggage Liaison: Ensure guest luggage is handled with care and efficiency.
• Reservation Specialist: Take and manage guest reservations, keeping safety a top priority.
• Nighttime Custodian: Maintain cleanliness and safety in all public areas.
• Values Advocate: Live our core values: Passion, Accountability, Integrity, and Respect.

What You’ll Need:

• Previous front office experience in a corporate hotel setting is a must.
• Proficiency in Opera software is essential.
• A full, unrestricted driver’s license and confidence in driving the hotel shuttle.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay cool under pressure.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and a positive, energetic vibe.
