Position Overview:
We are looking for a Night Auditor who is passionate about hospitality and ready to help us provide an exceptional guest experience! You’ll lead your colleagues with professionalism while delivering outstanding service. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll embody our values of Passion, Accountability, Integrity, and Respect in everything you do. You’ll work closely with the Front Office Manager to oversee hotel operations during the night shift and ensure our guests feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Services & Operations:

• Ensure smooth operations of the Guest Services team, aligning practices to exceed guest expectations.
• Supervise all activities during your shift, ensuring that tasks are efficiently distributed and staff are supported.
• Maintain security and access to emergency, master, and fire keys at all times, while adhering to all security procedures related to cash handling, guest confidentiality, and stock control.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings, assign tasks, and ensure clear communication across the team for optimal service delivery.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all guests according to established standards.
• Regularly update the Concierge Program with new events, activities, and destinations to provide guests with personalized recommendations.

Financial Responsibilities:

• Accurately record and process room tariffs and payment details on the Property Management System (PMS).
• Verify payment modes, including credit card details, chargebacks, cash deposits, and any routing instructions as per guest billing preferences.
• Support upselling initiatives and recommend improvements to the Front Office Manager.
• Monitor direct expenses, highlight variances, and assist in stock take activities to ensure effective use of resources and minimize downtime.

Guest Experience & Interaction:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and facilitate quick check-ins, ensuring all needs are met efficiently.
• Address guest concerns and ensure swift resolution, escalating unresolved issues to the Front Office Manager as needed.
• Demonstrate flexibility and a commitment to going the extra mile to accommodate guest requests.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Conduct training for the team on PMS software, ensuring the team is equipped to offer exceptional service.
• Assist with special amenities, room allocations, and any other requests to make guests' stay as memorable as possible.
• Maintain the integrity of all financial transactions and hotel operations to uphold brand standards and ensure a smooth shift.
