This role revolves around three core Service Behaviours: Be Ready—ensuring smooth and efficient guest experiences; Be Engaging—making real, warm connections with guests; and Be On It!—resolving issues swiftly and proactively.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

• Enthusiastic and has a bubbly personality
• Eager to learn and grow within the hotel industry
• Genuine about creating positive and memorable guest experiences
• Experienced in hotels (previous experience preferred)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with quick-thinking skills
• Available to work a rotating roster with flexibility
• Willing to obtain an RSA
• Familiar with Amadeus PM-Pro PMS or similar systems
