What You'll Do: As a Guest Experience Host - Porter, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued throughout their stay. Your responsibilities will include:

• Warmly welcoming and bidding farewell to guests.
• Handling the collection and delivery of luggage and other items.
• Coordinating and parking guest vehicles as needed.
• Providing local information on activities and events.
• Supporting other departments when required.
• Demonstrating a professional, proactive, and can-do attitude in every interaction.

What You'll Bring:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel environment is preferred.
• Passion for hospitality and genuine enthusiasm for connecting with guests.
• High energy level and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent multitasking and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to new situations.
• Impeccable personal presentation and a valid driver's license.
• Eagerness to develop a career in the hospitality industry.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
