About the Role
As the Rooms Division Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of Concierge, Front Office, and Housekeeping, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences. This leadership role involves fostering a collaborative team environment, driving operational excellence, and upholding the hotel's commitment to luxury and service. You will also act as a senior representative in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Rooms Division team, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Revenue Manager to optimize room sales and minimize rebates.
• Ensure all areas, including guest rooms and public spaces, are impeccably maintained.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance development of team members.
• Actively address guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints to enhance experiences.
• Analyze financial reports, manage departmental budgets, and drive profitability.
• Uphold compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.

• Proven leadership experience in hotel operations, preferably in luxury or boutique properties.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
