Position Overview
We are currently looking for a Sales Support Manager to join our team at Pro-Invest Group. In this role, you will handle key administrative tasks, including managing CRM systems, overseeing contract administration, coordinating the offshore sales support team, and ensuring streamlined operations. This role directly impacts on the efficiency and performance of the sales team and supports business profitability across the portfolio of hotels.

What you’ll do

• Provide administrative and contracting support to streamline processes.
• Manage sales CRM (Delphi) and ensure data integrity.
• Oversee offshore sales support team and ensure timely execution of activities.
• Coordinate wholesale and inbound contract management.
• Generate sales reports and manage project tasks.
• Conduct regular audits for compliance and perform biannual rate audits.
• Organise sales training sessions and support new team member onboarding.
• Assist in business case preparation and management.

Who you are

• Proven experience in a sales support role, ideally within hospitality or tourism.
• Strong working knowledge of CRM systems such as Delphi, IHG Concerto, Accor TARS, and related tools are beneficial.
• Experience managing offshore teams and coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights to support the sales team.
• Knowledge of government contracting, rate audits, and wholesale processes is preferred.
