Role Overview:
As a Senior Express Agent, you will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the Front Desk, support Express Agents, and handle escalated guest issues. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest service, supervising the team in the absence of the Express Supervisor/Duty Manager, and ensuring compliance with hotel procedures and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience: Ensure smooth check-ins/outs, handle guest inquiries, and resolve any issues to ensure a great stay.

• Team Leadership: Assist with training and development of new team members. Supervise the team during shifts and ensure everyone is performing to the highest standards.

• Financial Returns: Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to boost revenue. Support the team in achieving monthly Rewards Club enrolment targets.

• Operations Support: Ensure compliance with hotel procedures, security, and cash handling. Help maintain a clean and well-prepared work environment.

• Health & Safety: Enforce WH&S policies and maintain a safe working environment for staff and guests.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a Front Desk or Guest Service role, preferably within a hotel environment.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to handle escalated issues and provide solutions quickly.

• A passion for guest service and teamwork.

• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
