About the Role:
As a Bartender (F&B Attendant), you’ll play a key role in creating memorable moments for our guests. You’ll work alongside a team of hospitality professionals, sharing a passion for great service, accountability, integrity, and respect. Your role will include preparing and serving drinks, assisting colleagues during busy periods, and ensuring our guests have an outstanding experience every time.

What You'll Do:

• Serve guests with a smile and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Prepare and serve beverages following Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines
• Set up and maintain bar and dining areas for smooth operations
• Work flexibly across the outlet and assist with events and functions
• Follow all cash handling, stock control, and security procedures
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and inviting environment
• Participate in team briefings and contribute to a positive team culture

What We’re Looking For:

• A valid RSA certificate (essential)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and stay flexible to business needs
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to workplace safety
• Positive attitude and a good sense of humour – we love team players!
• High level of personal grooming and professionalism
