We are seeking two dynamic and results-driven professionals to join our team:

  • Portfolio Business Development Manager
  • Business Development Manager – Luxury & Lifestyle Portfolio Sydney

These key roles will focus on driving growth, revenue, and strategic partnerships across our expanding hotel portfolio in Sydney, Wollongong, and the ACT.

 

Portfolio Business Development Manager
Location: Sydney or Wollongong Area

Position Overview
As the Portfolio Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability across our diverse portfolio of hotels, including properties in Wollongong & ACT. You will focus on acquiring corporate accounts, building strategic relationships, and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share for the entire portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies to meet revenue and room night targets.
  • Identify revenue-generating opportunities and enhance market share through strategic sales plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and key accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams and brand partners to grow market share.
  • Represent Pro-invest Hotels at trade shows, site inspections, and industry events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field (or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of hotel systems, revenue management, and sales strategies.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development or account management, preferably in hospitality.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to travel between properties in Wollongong & ACT.

 

Business Development Manager – Luxury & Lifestyle Portfolio Sydney
Location: Sydney

Position Overview
As the Business Development Manager for our Luxury & Lifestyle Portfolio in Sydney, you will focus on acquiring corporate accounts, managing sales segmentation, and driving revenue growth for our upscale hotels including Kimpton Margot Sydney and Hotel Indigo Sydney Potts Point. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and global brand partners to implement effective sales strategies and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales strategies to achieve revenue and room night goals, focusing on market differentiation and new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring growth in new business and optimizing existing opportunities.
  • Represent the portfolio at industry events, sales trips, and trade shows.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies for optimal performance.
  • Work closely with Senior Directors and Hotel General Managers to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development within the luxury and lifestyle hotel segment.
  • Proven ability to drive business development, key account management, and sales strategies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
