The Role:
We are looking for a passionate Commis Chef to join our culinary team! If you are eager to grow your skills and contribute to a dynamic kitchen environment, we want to hear from you. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Chef de Partie to deliver high-quality dishes, maintain kitchen hygiene, and create delicious, memorable food experiences for our guests. You’ll also have the opportunity to rotate through different kitchen sections and develop your expertise in a variety of cooking techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation: Assist in food prep and basic cooking tasks under supervision.

• Maintain Standards: Ensure food quality, quantity, and presentation meet menu standards.

• Stock Management: Handle deliveries, stock rotation, and minimize wastage.

• Hygiene & Safety: Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and adhere to all safety procedures.

• Guest Experience: Assist in delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring satisfaction with every dish.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team and participate in team briefings and meetings.
