The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and highly organized Conference Supervisor to join our team at the voco and Holiday Inn Express Auckland City Centre. In this role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day management of conferences and events, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the setup, execution, and breakdown of conferences and events.

  • Lead and coordinate conference staff, ensuring service standards are met.

  • Manage event logistics, client requirements, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

  • Work closely with hotel teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.

  • Handle event orders, invoicing, and coordinate with the Accounts team for payments.

  • Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient environment for all events.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in conference or event management.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on detail.

  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with hotel systems like Delphi (preferred).

  • Australian Residency required.
