Job Summary

As the Duty Manager, you will create a positive and productive work environment, ensure superior guest service is delivered, providing direction to employees to complete their duties and ensure compliance with quality and brand standards. 

Being a part of the pre-opening hotel team, reporting to Front Office Manager this is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with management to shape the Front office team from scratch.

Skills & Experience

• Has a focus on personal growth and willingness to learn?
• Supervisory or managerial experience required.
• Luxury & lifestyle brand hotel experience preferred.
• Technology and system savvy, experience with MS Office and PMS (Opera) 
• Must meet the appropriate legal requirements to work in Australia.
