The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic Duty Manager to join our Front Office leadership team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of the guest experience—leading by example, supporting the daily operation of the hotel, and empowering your team to deliver service excellence at every interaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage day-to-day Front Office operations and act as Manager on Duty
  • Lead, support and mentor front office team members, ensuring exceptional service standards
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures, accurate billing, and reporting
  • Monitor room availability, reservations, and ensure readiness for arrivals and departures
  • Work closely with Housekeeping and other departments for seamless guest service
  • Uphold hotel and workplace health and safety policies and procedures
  • Assist in team training, development, performance reviews and rostering
  • Oversee financial aspects such as petty cash, float management, and cashiering procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous Front Office or Duty Manager experience in a hotel environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to multitask under pressure
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • Proficiency in hotel property management systems (e.g., HMS) is desirable
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
