Serve food and beverages, including alcoholic drinks, in line with RSA and brand standards
Maximise revenue through upselling rooms, facilities, and F&B options
Anticipate and resolve guest issues promptly to ensure a memorable stay
Collaborate with other departments to create a smooth, guest-focused experience
Maintain high standards of safety, security, and compliance
Previous hotel, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is required
Friendly, confident, and professional communicator with problem-solving skills
Calm under pressure with a proactive, can-do attitude
