Position Overview:

Holiday Inn Express Adelaide City Centre, featuring 245 rooms, is seeking enthusiastic Express Agents to embody our Service Style, Mission Made Easy. Our approach is rooted in three core Service Behaviours:

About You:

• Dedicated to creating positive and memorable guest experiences.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment and adept at problem-solving.
• Flexible with availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Experienced with front office operations and proficient in Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Willing to obtain Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
