Job Overview
As Chef de Partie, you'll work under the direction of the Head Chef, managing the kitchen's daily operations to ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency. You'll also oversee inventory control, stock levels, and the physical maintenance of the kitchen. In addition, you will assist in training and guiding the kitchen team to meet both hotel quality standards and revenue goals.
