Position Overview:

We are seeking energetic and dedicated Express Agents to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Sydney Airport. In this role, you will be essential in upholding our Service Style, Mission Made Easy, which is driven by our three core Service Behaviours:

• Be Ready: Ensure guests enjoy a smooth and hassle-free stay by anticipating needs and providing proactive solutions.
• Be Engaging: Build real connections with guests through warm, thoughtful, and attentive interactions.
• Be On It!: Address and resolve guest issues promptly, finding opportunities to enhance their experience and encourage return visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Provide outstanding service by managing check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
• Reservations Management: Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the Property Management System (PMS).
• Problem Solving: Resolve any guest issues swiftly and efficiently, maintaining high service standards.
• Administrative Duties: Perform tasks such as maintaining guest records, processing payments, and assisting with night audit procedures if needed.
