About the Role:
Reporting to the Director of Restaurants & Bars, you'll be delivering exceptional customer service that reflects the heart and soul of the Kimpton brand. From welcoming guests with a warm smile to crafting memorable moments over food and drinks, you'll help ensure our venues are beautifully presented and service is top-notch.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greet and serve guests with flair and professionalism
• Upsell food and beverage offerings and process transactions accurately
• Maintain presentation standards and ensure your section is always ready for service
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless experiences
• Communicate guest feedback or service concerns and help resolve them promptly
• Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations (RSA, HACCP, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a similar Food & Beverage role (hotel or restaurant environment preferred)
• A friendly, guest-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work across different shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Current RSA certification (required)
• A genuine interest in food, beverages, and creating great guest moments
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
