We’re on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team at voco and Hotel Indigo Brisbane City Centre. What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations across outlets to ensure smooth and high-quality service
• Supervise, support, and inspire your team – helping them grow and shine
• Monitor sales performance, drive upselling initiatives, and manage stock and equipment effectively
• Be hands-on with service delivery and uphold the highest standards in guest experience
• Ensure staff are trained in and follow RSA guidelines
• Maintain a safe and compliant workplace, following WHS and environmental practices

What We’re Looking For

• Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality/F&B setting
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A proactive, guest-first attitude and an eye for detail
• Confidence managing a team and motivating others
• Experience with POS systems and day-to-day operational reporting
