About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the team at voco Brisbane City Centre and Hotel Indigo Brisbane City Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team across two distinctive hotel brands known for their vibrant personalities and guest-centric approach.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering an exceptional dining experience across our venues. We're looking for someone who leads by example, is hands-on, and brings our values of Passion, Accountability, Integrity, and Respect to life—every shift, every guest, every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across restaurant, bar, and event outlets to ensure a consistent and memorable guest experience.

• Monitor sales, assist with forecasting, and support the Food & Beverage Manager with financial performance and cost control.

• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to maintain service excellence and support their ongoing growth.

• Contribute to the development of new offerings and upselling initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with WHS, food safety, and RSA regulations.

• Maintain operational efficiency by monitoring equipment, stock levels, and staffing needs.

• Conduct shift briefings, maintain records, and provide input on scheduling and performance reviews.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory or leadership role, preferably within a hotel or high-volume venue.

• Strong communication and organisational skills, with a focus on teamwork and guest service.

• A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification and a sound understanding of food safety standards.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
