About the Role:
Next Hotel Melbourne is seeking passionate individuals for two positions: Food & Beverage Attendant and Room Service Attendant. Both roles play a key part in delivering exceptional guest experiences across our restaurant and in-room dining services. We value teamwork and encourage all our hospitality professionals to bring their enthusiasm and dedication to every shift.

What You’ll Do:

• Work shifts as per the roster, with flexibility to support different outlets and colleagues.
• Prepare the restaurant and in-room dining areas with all necessary equipment to ensure smooth service.
• Actively participate in daily briefings and team meetings.
• Deliver friendly and professional service, greeting guests with a warm smile and knowledgeable assistance.
• Follow all Responsible Service of Alcohol principles and hotel procedures regarding cash handling, stock control, and security.
• Assist in event and function operations alongside F&B teams and Events Coordinators.
• Maintain equipment and minimise wastage, breakages, and costs while upholding quality.
• Ensure the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness are maintained throughout the property.
• Continuously update yourself with local knowledge and sustainability initiatives to enhance guest experience and environmental awareness.
