Join the team at Next Hotel Melbourne as a Room Service Attendant and be part of a passionate and professional Food & Beverage team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences. In this role, you’ll support our in-room dining operations, ensuring guests enjoy seamless, high-quality service from the comfort of their rooms.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver room service orders efficiently and with a welcoming attitude
• Prepare trays, equipment, and items prior to each service period
• Follow hotel procedures for guest confidentiality, cash handling, and stock control
• Uphold the Responsible Service of Alcohol standards at all times
• Maintain cleanliness, equipment care, and report maintenance needs
• Support colleagues in other F&B outlets and work collaboratively during events or high-demand periods
• Stay informed on local knowledge and sustainability initiatives to enhance the guest experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous F&B or room service experience preferred
• Flexible and reliable team player with a keen eye for detail
• High standard of personal grooming and strong communication skills
• Must hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
• Passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences
• Willingness to support the team and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
