About Us:

Pro-invest Group is a dynamic, fast-growing leader in the hospitality industry, with a diverse portfolio of hotels across the Asia-Pacific region. As we continue to expand our footprint, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Group Reservations Manager to join our Revenue Centre team.

In this role, you will be integral to the success of our Group reservations operations, ensuring seamless coordination between various departments while driving booking conversion, group block management, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Group Reservations Agents, fostering a culture of high performance and exceptional customer service.

· Build a positive and collaborative team environment aligned with the Group's values and goals.

· Oversee the daily operations of the Group Reservations department, ensuring accurate and timely handling of all tasks.

· Develop and implement streamlined operational processes for group enquiries, quotes, contracts, and communication.

· Recruit, train and ongoing performance management.

· Ensure seamless integration and coordination between offshore and onshore teams.

· Establish and monitor performance metrics focused on achieving customer satisfaction and room revenue goals.

· Work closely with sales, reservations, revenue, events, finance and hotel operational teams to ensure a smooth customer journey for all group bookings.

· Collaborate with relevant stakeholders for group enquiries that fall outside standard parameters.

· Ensure proper billing, routing instructions, and payment methods are applied to group reservations.

· Monitor and enforce Group payment policies to optimise financial outcomes.

· Adhere to local Consumer and Competition laws, data privacy regulations, and all in-house policies.

· Champion Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, promoting sustainable practices across all reservations activities.

· Ensure compliance with legal guidelines and company policies to protect the Group's license to operate.

Key Requirements:

· Proven experience in group reservations management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent operational and organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.

· Demonstrated experience working with offshore and remote teams and ensuring seamless integration.

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to monitor and optimize performance metrics.

· A collaborative mindset with the ability to liaise effectively with multiple teams.

· Strong understanding of financial processes and billing practices in the hospitality industry.

· Sound understanding of local laws, policies, and ESG frameworks.
