Country Comfort Perth is looking for a Guest Services Agent to join the team. The hotel offers 150 guest rooms with free Wi-Fi, free on-site parking and a swimming pool. Complimentary airport shuttles are available on request from Perth Domestic and International Airports (T1 - T4) and Country Comfort Perth is 7 minutes' drive from Perth Domestic Airport.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, as the Guest Services Agent, you will provide guests with a seamless check-in experience that exceeds their expectations.

Position Overview:

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in/check-out experience.
• Deliver bags as required and escort guests to rooms.
• Answer all incoming calls promptly and complete any reservations.
• Ensure guest profiles are up-to-date and new preferences or detail changes are promptly updated in hotel PMS.
• Handle and resolve any guest concerns effectively with confidence and in a professional manner.
• Airport transfers are a requirement of the role and therefore a full driver's license is essential with no restrictions, with confidence to drive hotel shuttle van.
• Clean and maintain all public areas as required. 
• Ability to work across a 7day rotating roster, including weekends and some public holidays.
• Be flexible to work across all departments and provide support where needed.
• Be familiar with all hotel emergencies and fire procedures.

Skills and experience required:

• A heart melting smile, bubbly personality and excellent presentation skills
• Experience as a Guest Service Agent in an 4/5-star hotel 
• Experience in Opera Cloud PMS will be advantageous.
• A Full WA Driver's License with no restrictions
• The committed to quality and focused on service.
• Be truly resilient and flexible, with the ability to multi-task.
• The ability to be calm and confident in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• The flexibility to work on a 24-hour rotating roster including public holidays and weekends.
