Position Overview:

As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding experience from the moment they arrive. You will be part of a passionate, dedicated team committed to delivering personalized and efficient service. Your role will vary from check-in/check-out duties to guest assistance and providing local insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm, welcoming, and efficient check-ins and check-outs for all guests.

  • Work effectively with all departments to deliver a seamless experience for both internal and external customers.

  • Use your local knowledge to provide guests with recommendations for dining, sightseeing, and more.

  • Maintain the front desk area to a high standard, ensuring it is always welcoming and well-presented.

  • Promote additional services such as room upgrades, late check-outs, and in-house amenities.

  • Assist colleagues during peak periods to ensure consistent and high-quality guest experiences.

  • Follow all procedures for guest confidentiality, cash handling, key control, and lost property management.

  • Stay up to date on training, property procedures, and policies. Help maintain a clean and safe working environment.

  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing guest needs.

  • Willing to help others and collaborate to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

  • Keep track of guest preferences, payments, and internal processes with ease.

  • Ideally, you have some experience in hospitality or customer service, but it's not a must – we’re willing to train the right person!

  • Must be comfortable working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
