The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Hand to join our passionate culinary team. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, supporting the team with food preparation, and helping deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Support chefs with basic food preparation and assembling ingredients

• Ensure all kitchen areas and equipment are clean, sanitised, and well maintained

• Assist in managing stock and storing food items properly

• Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs promptly

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with health & safety requirements

• Help minimise wastage and follow portion control and food handling practices

• Display flexibility with rosters and work across different kitchen duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• A positive attitude with a strong work ethic

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• High attention to detail and cleanliness

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Availability to work across various shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience preferred but not essential
