Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Kitchen Attendant to join our team on a casual basis. This role supports the smooth operation of our kitchen and plays a key part in maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.

Shift Coverage: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM daily
Casual hours, varying days per week (flexibility required)

Key Tasks:

• Cleaning and sanitising kitchen equipment, work areas, fridges, and freezers

• Assisting with basic food preparation tasks

• Maintaining cleanliness and order in all kitchen areas

• Putting away and rotating stock

• Washing floor surfaces and removing garbage

Additional Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe food storage and minimise wastage

• Support chefs during service periods

• Follow workplace hygiene and safety procedures

• Report any maintenance issues promptly

• Uphold cleanliness and organisation at all times

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable and available for evening shifts

• Hospitality or kitchen experience (preferred but not required)

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
