Position Overview

Join our vibrant People and Culture team as People and Culture Advisor at Pro-invest Group, spanning across Australia and New Zealand. Become a driving force in shaping our dynamic workplace culture as we seek a passionate individual to join us in revolutionizing our People and Culture/HR Centralized support service.

This role will partner with the Hotel Leaders to drive leadership and organisational capability whilst supporting a high-performance culture. You will provide support and advice on industrial relations, employee engagement, learning and development and workforce planning.

Responsibilities:

As part of our dynamic team, you'll:

  • Support colleague journey management and address employee relations matters.
  • Facilitate learning and development activities aligned with our goals.
  • Ensure compliance with HRIS systems and maintain training records.
  • Assist with talent acquisition and ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
  • Monitor salary allocations and ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Investigate workplace incidents and support Return to Work plans.
  • Drive a people-centric culture and uphold Core Values.
  • Support ESG Initiatives and local community engagement.
  • Actively participate in P&C projects and meetings.

 

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience as an IR/ER or workplace relations specialist with exposure to the Hospitality Industry
  • Good working knowledge of the HIGA (Hospitality Industry General Award)
  • Able to work in a collaborative environment and deliver at pace
  • Take accountability for decision making and approach
