Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Country Comfort Perth. As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our on-site restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and a smooth dining experience for our guests. This is a hands-on role where you will lead a team, manage shifts, and contribute to maintaining a high standard of food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing breakfast service / staffing / customer service
• Handling all conference and event enquiries
• Preparing run sheets and documentation and billing management for all events
• Liaising with the Reservations Manager when accommodation rooms are also required as part of an event enquiry
• Ordering and managing stock levels for bar and shop items.
• Working closely with the F&B manager in relation to beer & wine selections.
• Developing and posting to various social media platforms in line with brand standards.
• Creating timely promotion and events that generate increase F&B sales.
• Whilst the majority of shifts will be breakfast to mid afternoon, there will be a requirement to be fully converse on nightly operations to ensure coverage when required

About You:
We are looking for a passionate hospitality professional with the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and staff training.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
