      Are you a talented and motivated chef with a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences? Pro-invest Group, in partnership with voco and Holiday Inn Express Auckland City Centre, is looking for a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team!

      The Role:

      As a Chef de Partie, you will be an integral part of our kitchen team, working alongside the Executive and Sous Chefs to ensure the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. You will manage kitchen operations, oversee stock control, and maintain our commitment to culinary excellence.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Culinary Excellence: Prepare and present meals to high standards, ensuring they align with hotel menu and brand guidelines.
      • Operational Efficiency: Supervise kitchen activities, manage stock levels, reduce waste, and ensure all equipment is maintained and functioning properly.
      • Team Leadership: Lead and train kitchen staff, maintain high hygiene standards, and foster a positive, motivated team environment.
      • Guest Satisfaction: Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a high-quality dining experience for all guests.
      • Compliance: Adhere to food safety regulations and hotel policies, ensuring all documentation and procedures are followed meticulously.

      What We’re Looking For:

      • Experience: Minimum 6 months in a similar role within a hotel environment.
      • Skills: Proficiency in kitchen operations, strong organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills.
      • Personality: Professional, personable, and able to handle pressure with a positive attitude.
      • Flexibility: Ability to work nights and adapt to different roles within the hotel as needed.
      • Legal Requirements: Must meet the legal requirements to work in New Zealand.
